We’ve hit the £10,000 (100,000 RMB) mark in our Xiaoyun campaign – amazing! £4000 has come from fundraising and donations from our Friday and Saturday volunteer teachers, £5000 was donated by fellow Beijing charity Roundabout and £1000 was donated by Xiaoyun’s colleagues at the migrant school she teaches at.
Thank you so much to all our supporters for fundraising, donating and spreading the word. It means so much to us and it gives hope to Xiaoyun. She has just completed her first round of chemo and is awaiting the results and her second session, all of which we can pay for through your generosity.
