Big morning for Li Qin today! On Friday 20th November, MCF volunteer Angie met with Li Qin at 8.30 in the morning outside subway. It took them around one hour to get to the school where Janice was waiting for them. Not only did Li Qin have her first ride on the subway but she also came to school to have her first sewing lesson with her new sewing teacher, Janice. MCF is hoping that this will provide her with a valuable skill to help sustain her, her single father and her three younger siblings. She was very enthusiastic and really enjoyed learning how to make the pins and scarf. Our special thanks to both Janice and Angie
