Today we also had 40 partners of Australian Defence Force officers visiting one of our schools. The lesson was fun teaching the kids sentences about the Platypus and Echidna. Puzzles – then colouring. Finally, every child was given an Australian animal sticker and other gifts. Our special thanks to Amita, Heidi and Ash. We were making faces today at the infants school…lots of noise, laughter and smiles during a fun crafts session (with a splash of English). The welcoming noise the kids made when they saw their teachers arrive was sooo heartwarming!
